These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our website www.tangroulou.com.

This website is operated by the Hong Kong based company Zong & Zi co,. Ltd. (Registered under no. 34889047600156, Tax Code and VAT no. FR21348890476), under contract with Tang’ Roulou® for its e-commerce.


These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are enforceable in every country. In the case of a dispute, the Hong Kong court, where Zong & Zi co,. Ltd. head office is located will render final judgment.




www.tangroulou.com guarantees the quality of the products sold on its website. These products are designed and handcrafted exclusively by Tang’ Roulou® and edited in limited quantities.

Each of our products comes with a label attached on it. Do not remove the label or relevant seal from the purchased products should you wish to return it and ask for an exchange.




The base currency on www.tangroulou.com is EUROS (EUR) wherever the products are finally shipped to. The prices do not include shipping fees and taxes for recipients outside China. Customs of the country where the recipients live may add a VAT to your order (see below CUSTOMS).

We reserve the right to modify the prices but the valid prices are those accepted by the customer when placing the order. 




By submitting an order form and contracting with www.tangroulou.com, the customer unconditionally accepts the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Orders can be placed on www.tangroulou.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but we proceed orders only during working days, from Monday to Friday, China time, excluding Chinese vacations (in 2014 they are: January 1st to 3rd / January 30th to February 5th / April 4thto 6th / May 1st to 5 th / May 31st to June 2nd / September 6th to 8th / October 1st to 7 th).


The submission of orders to www.tangroulou.com must be carried out in English.

This is the responsibility of the customer to check that the orders made and the information provided are right and that there are no spelling mistakes. www.tangroulou.com is not responsible if some spelling mistakes or wrong information are provided. In such a case, if the parcel comes back to us, the customer has to pay for all reshipping fees.


www.tangroulou.com doesn’t process purchases if guarantees of solvency seem insufficient or if the information provided are incomplete, incorrect or if orders concern products that are no longer available. In the above cases, we shall inform the customer by e-mail within three working days that the contract has not been executed and that we have not carried your order.

www.tangroulou.com has the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom would still exists some issues.

If the products displayed on www.tangroulou.com are no longer available by the time we receive an order form, we shall inform the customer of the unavailability of some of the ordered products within three working days. If the items that are no longer available have been paid, we will refund the customer with the totality of the sum paid within seven working days.

Upon submission of an order form, we shall send the customer, via e-mail, a receipt of the purchased order.

The order form will be filed in our data base for the period of time required to process your order, and as required by law. 




If the customer’s credit card is not denominated in EUROS (EUR), the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.




www.tangroulou.com accepts payments from credit cards and via Paypal.

After you have paid, your order will be processed online.

This transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to Zong & Zi Co., Limited.




We process the preparation of your order within three working days after the order payment has been accepted (excluding Chinese vacations*).


Products are all checked before packing and cautiously protected before being sent.

Each product comes with a label attached on it with reference/name/age/color and edition of the products.

Should you wish to return, do not remove the label from the purchased products and do keep the original packaging. Please be sure when packing to respect the same norm as www.tangroulou.com to guarantee a safe delivery.





For China, Hong Kong and Macao, www.tangroulou.com ships via the Express Company SHUNFENG EXPRESS. Delivery takes between 3 and 5 working days* and parcel is trackable.

For orders of less than 50 EUR, a 3 EUR shipping fee will be added to your cart. For orders above 50 EUR, Express delivery is free.


www.tangroulou.com ships also to the following countries :

Andorra,  Australia, Austria, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary,  Ireland, Italy, Japan, Lao, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican and Vietnam.


For the countries mentioned in the list above, www.tangroulou.com ships via CHINA POST for a 12 EUR flat rate added to your cart. Delivery takes around 20 working days*.

Add 24 EUR to your order and get your parcel within 12 working days* with EMS Express Mail Service by CHINA POST. Parcels are trackable online.

Add 45 EUR to your order and get your parcel within 6 working days* with FEDEX Priority delivery service. Parcels are trackable online. 

Orders are shipped to customers from China by Beijing Mumiwuse Co. Ltd,. under contract with Zong & Zi co,. Ltd. for logistics.

www.tangroulou.com is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or any situation or circumstance which is not within our reasonable control (including “cas de force majeure”).




Custom charges are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the recipient’s country mentioned in the delivery address.

www.tangroulou.com is not responsible for the payment of the custom duties, neither for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.





www.tangroulou.com doesn’t offer returns but accept exchanges (shop credit).

Customers can only send us back products within ten working days after delivery. In this case, transportation fees (return and send back) and custom taxes if required, will have to be covered by the customer.

After this ten days period, the sale is final and exchanges won’t be accepted.


How to proceed:

To return one or several products, the customer needs to send an e-mail to contact@tangroulou.com, with the invoice number, the name and reference of the products to return and the reason for this return. We will send you a Return Agreement Number (RAN).

www.tangroulou.com will not exchange products that have been worn or washed or are returned without the Return Agreement Number (RAN), the relevant labels and packaging or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.

Products have to be sent back to us in their original packing via the Shipping Company chosen to deliver the products first place.  

If a product is damaged during transportation because the packaging has not been made safe, www.tangroulou.com won’t be able to proceed to any exchange.

The shop credit amount doesn’t include delivery fees. The shop credit will be done and communicated to the customer under five working days after we received the products to be exchanged. 




We do check the quality of our products all along their production process and before shipping. However, in case of flawed products, the customer can send us an email explaining the problem plus a picture (JPEG) showing the flaw. We will answer within three working days.

If we agree to exchange the product, we will provide by email a pre-filled return form with a Return Agreement Number (RAN) and a note to explain how to proceed.

In this case only, we will cover the totality of the return and resend transportation fees.

We will proceed to the exchange (shop credit) of the products within five working days after receiving the flawed products.

Flawed products have to be sent back to us via the Shipping Company used to deliver the products first place.

If the product have been sent back to us without Return Agreement Number (RAN), neither labels and original packaging are missing, we will not proceed to any exchange or refund




Absolutely no information posted to our website or entered into a sales form is disclosed to any third party company other than for the purposes of credit card purchase validation, fulfillment for order delivery, marketing and promotion. We will use this information internally, and do not share any consumer data.


We are always complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
